larger image
Tecomet has a broad range of finishing capabilities and secondary operations to process forged, machined, etched, and welded components and sub-assemblies to the required finished state per our customers’ demanding requirements. We offer wide range of high quality cleaning, polishing, and finishing processes and special services.

Polishing & Cleaning:
Our goal at Tecomet is to add as much value as possible to your products. Quality and speed are important to us, and therefore every order is processed with your priorities in mind. That is why Tecomet has made a substantial investment in support equipment to finish your product beyond the basic stages of forging, machining, and etching.

Passivation:
Passivation at Tecomet is done in accordance with the most up to date ASTM and Federal Specifications. This process of dissolving iron particles and surface impurities by means of immersing in an acid solution, produces a passive film on the surface and improves corrosion resistance.
