At
Tecomet
, we offer a wide range of high precision machining, turning, milling, and drilling capabilities. Tecomet has over 30 years of experience machining complex components to the tightest tolerances for medical implants and mission critical aerospace and defense applications.
We have a full array of machining services available, including CNC milling and turning, EDM, and swiss turn machining. Our comprehensive line of CNC machinery has the ability to handle many material types and a broad range of part sizes. We focus on lean manufacturing, make use of live tooling, and have extensive experience with tight tolerance stack ups in complex assemblies, which allow us to minimize wasted time and material during frequent machine changeovers.
We have an established and effective quality program with a full time inspection department as well as progressive use of “quality at the source” concepts. Each lot begins with a first piece inspection (for both in-house and outside processes), followed by a thorough final inspection. Material and process certifications are available upon request.
